Ciphr Appoints Chris Boddice as Permanent CMO to Drive Growth and Innovation
UK-based software as a service (SaaS) human resources provider, Ciphr, has announced the appointment of Chris Boddice to its leadership team and board of directors as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Boddice, who has worked as interim CMO over the past few months, brings decades of experience in marketing technology companies such as Tes, Dotdigital, O2, and Adobe. As CMO, he will oversee all marketing functions and demand-gen activities, including branding, driving brand awareness, and scaling the marketing team. Ciphr’s CEO, Sion Lewis, said Boddice’s expertise and perspective would be valuable in driving growth for the company and its customers. Ciphr, which is privately held and backed by ECI Partners, has more than 200 employees and includes Digits LMS, Marshall E-Learning, and Payroll Business Solutions.
