Printmonster accredited ISO 9001 & 14001 on first attempt
A print firm based in Cannock is celebrating recent success after being accredited ISO 9001 and 14001 on its first attempt.
ISO 9001 accreditation proves that, on top of customer satisfaction, a company can prove greater success with tenders, increased profitability and improved client loyalty. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the worlds largest developer of voluntary International Standards.
We are honoured and extremely proud to have received both ISO statuses, says Dean Gosling, Managing Director of PRINTmonster.
This is a joint effort between our clients and colleagues making what we do cost effective, environmentally responsible and ultimately, worthwhile.
One survey reported that a firm with ISO 9001 certification achieved a 40 per cent increase in sales, giving them the systems to increase customer satisfaction, which could help PRINTmonster retain existing clients.
As it becomes increasingly important for organisations to monitor and reduce their environmental impact, investing in ISO 14001 will soon identify ways to save on energy, waste and water and reduce the Environmental Impact for PRINTmonster.
There is more pressure than ever for organisations to show more environmental responsibility. Having an ISO 14001 certification will show that PRINTmonster has serious environmental credentials and a committed to change.
