STRADA BIRMINGHAM TREATING MUMS ON MOTHER’S DAY
Authentic Italian restaurant Strada is asking Birmingham’s sons and daughters a simple question: “Your Mum, has made you plenty of puddings down the years. Isn’t it time you returned the favour?”
The UK loves Mother’s Day, spending £1.6bn on the event every year, with the nation spending an average of £35 to find the perfect present for Mum. To help the cause, Strada is giving away a complimentary pudding to mums at all of its UK locations* with the purchase of a main meal on Mother’s Day, 10th March 2013.
Mums will have their choice of a special range of desserts, which includes an espresso-soaked tiramusu, a rich vanilla cream pannacotta and Bunet Piemontese, a soft rich custard made with creamy Italian chocolate
“Everyone seems to lead such hectic lives and quality family time is at a premium. On Mother’s Day it’s great to see so many families come to Strada to celebrate together,” explained Nick White, Managing Director of Strada. ““With this in mind, we wanted to help make the day a little bit more special. Now, our customers can thank their mothers for what they do all year round with a free pudding: the perfect way to finish a Mother’s Day meal.”
