TOP CALL FOR SHROPSHIRE TELECOMS FIRM

A Shropshire telecoms firm is the first in the Midlands to be awarded the coveted Platinum accreditation by Samsung.

Network Telecom joins an elite 16 UK telecoms organisations in becoming a Platinum Business Partner, recognised by the global corporation as a top quality telecoms provider.

It means that the firm in Hadley Park, Telford, established in the industry for 20 years, is regarded as a leading expert in the highly competitive industry to supply communication systems to business.

“It is a great accolade for us to be acknowledged in this way by a world leader in the telecoms industry,” said Steve Day, Head of Business Development at the Shropshire firm.

“We already have an established track record with Samsung but are now part of the top 10 per cent of Samsung resellers,” said Mr Day, whose company provides “seamless” communications to keep the business world connected on the move.

The Samsung Platinum accreditation is given for excellence in customer service, technical capability, engineering accreditation levels and sales volumes.

“Samsung has accepted us as a quality provider with our expertise in handling complex projects for large organisations nationwide.”

A Samsung spokesman congratulated Network Telecom for achieving the status in the shortest ever time of just eight months.

Now employing nearly 100 people, Network Telecom is a UK provider of business telephone systems lines and calls, broadband, domain hosting, business mobiles and IT and data solutions. They help link the office environment to mobiles and IT applications.
